Kalbarri is highly rated as one of Western Australia's and Australia’s premier fishing holiday destinations. The fishing grounds of Kalbarri are exciting and diverse with a backdrop to the famous Kalbarri cliffs. Whether you are the experienced, average, or a beginner to angling, your needs will be catered for in this unique Kalbarri destination.

Kalbarri Reefwalker's fishing grounds are up to 30 km from Kalbarri. Depending on the season we target Pink Snapper, Dhufish, Coral Trout, Red Emperor, Bald Chin Groper, Spanish Mackerel, Yellowfin Tuna and sharks. Reel in one of those monsters and you’ll have a fishing story worth telling.

Your charter will include bait and tackle. On board the Reefwalker we have an icebox to keep your catch cool. Local tradition requires that you bring your lunch and beverage. We will provide the maximum effort to make your day fun and successful.

We encourage “fillet and release”.

Please do not bring Bananas! This is not a joke! Bananas are hazardous to your fishing success. Alcoholic beverages are not!

ABOUT THE BOAT:

The Reefwalker is the perfect fishing platform for up to 10 people. It’s a sleek and fast 34’ ex commercial lobster boat with a V8 Caterpiller diesel jet propulsion converted for charter fishing,custom rigged with Furuno electronics.

WELCOME ABOARD:

Thanks for trusting us with your charter dollar! At this point be sure we have confirmed the date of your charter with you by phone or e mail. Confirmation means that we have you on our calender, we have your credit card number on file as a deposit, we have your phone number that you can be reached on while in Kalbarri or at home. That done, relax your charter is confirmed!
Please make a note to contact us the evening before your trip from 8 pm onwards to check the weather and directions.

Be sure you have sunscreen(spf 30+), sunglasses, enough clothes to cover up from the sun and a warm enough jacket in winter to stay comfortable. A rain jacket can serve well as a windbreaker as well as keep you warm and dry.
Local tradition requires that you bring anything you wish to eat or drink. In summer season bring plenty of fluids.
We only take up to 10 passengers on our charter to keep things friendly and personal. No “pack and stack”! We prefer good old fashion interaction and when you get back to shore you will no doubt have shared a few stories and made a few new friends.
Departure time will be determined when you give us a call the evening before your charter. Normally we depart 6.00 am but this may vary depending on season and tides. All of our charters depart from the recreational Jetty.

Cancellation policy: If you book directly with us any cancellations up to 2 weeks will be refunded in full. Less then 1 week,it will still be returned if we can rebook your spot,if not the deposit will be charged to you.If there is no cancellation and there is a no show on fishing day ,the charter fee is due in full and will be charged.If you have booked through the tourist bureau their cancellation policy applies.
