REEFWALKER NEWS LETTER ~ SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2009

FISHING:

Fishing in Kalbarri has been awesome during September and October,lots of Pink Snapper,some good size Dhufish ,a few Coral Trout and Breaksea Cod,not to mention Blue Bone groper as well.

A special mention of our mate Agung from Bali who had never caught or seen a snapper in his life,he was working on his sealegs,had a bit of wobble but then caught three of these beauties while his buddy Ross passed out in the cabin.

We’ve had some great crew onboard!...and all went home happy with plenty of fillets to enjoy

WHALE WATCHING:

Numerous interactions with the humpback whales. Most of our customers went back home with memories they will never forget!

From seeing them gently cruising by to amazing breaches , closeup encounters to even touching them have left our customers in a state of euphoria. Just breathtaking!
People think we go whale watching but it’s the whales that are watching us !!
